This is who we are.

Our people come from a wide range of political and professional backgrounds. As individuals, they bring special skills, broad knowledge, and significant relationships to their work. As a group, there is no greater force in Pennsylvania politics.

Madison Stromswold Senior Associate

Madison’s political background and skill set uniquely complement our team at Greenlee Partners. At fourteen years old, she began her career working for a political party in her hometown of Billings, Montana. At Penn State University, Madison continued to explore her passion for government and politics, publishing work on federal lobbying disclosure and registration policies, and subsequently interned at Greenlee. Madison graduated magna cum laude with honors in Political Science and was brought back to the firm soon after.

Madison supports our clients' needs and interests by providing them with state and local government updates, legislative and regulatory analyses, grant application assistance, and leads many of our clients' lobbying efforts and strategies. Her core competency includes issues related to economic development, tourism, insurance, and procurement. A certified grant writer, Madison oversees many of our client's grant needs and has been instrumental in our clients' grant successes.

As a part of her day-to-day work at the firm, Madison also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Greenlee's reputable daily newsletter, Harrisburg: ONLINE.

Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.
